Ingredients
- 50ml Cuervo Tequila
- 12.5ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Agave Syrup
- 5 Chunks Pineapple
- 2cm Chopped Ginger
Method
Muddle pineapple and ginger in a boston glass. Add agarve syrup, lime juice and tequila. Add ice, shake and double strain in to a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
